No-Ones at All

Martyrs go to heaven
9/11ers go to hell
Say your prayer, say it well…

They came to your village, said, "Blessed are you beyond any doubt!
You´ll help us bomb Great Satan out!
These 5000 dollars will help your family
While seventy virgins wait for thee"
As you pass the checkpoint your heart is beating fast
Now every move can be the last

Soon you´ll live forever in the madness of your mind
A martyr forever…

You´re one out of a million, you´re the one who hears the call
If you think you´ve seen a thousand faces, you have seen nothing at all
There´s a car bomb on the main street, there is blood on every wall
If you think you´ve been to a thousand places, you have been nowhere at all
For you´re a no-one at all

Poor George Walker! He could hardly read and write
But his daddy´s rich and his face´s white
And daddy´s even richer friends did protect him in everything
They passed the bills, he didn´t have to think

He will live forever in his slow burn drug torn mind
In history books forever…

He´s one out of a million, he´s the one who hears the call
If you think you´ve seen a thousand faces, you have seen nothing at all
Planes crash into towers and giant cities fall
If you think you´ve been to a thousand places, you have been nowhere at all
For he´s a no-one at all

He´s been a quiet boy, never talked much or loud
And of his family everyone was proud
For his daddy´s the hero of the local rifle club
And soon his own star would come up

Now he´ll live forever in newspapers and on tv
A lunatic forever…

He´s one out of a million, he´s the one who hears the call
If you think you´ve seen a thousand faces, you have seen nothing at all
There are gun shots in the classroom, on the bus and in the mall
If you think you´ve been to a thousand places, you have been nowhere at all
For we are no-ones at all
No-ones at all...
